My WRITING JOURNEY

I fell in love with both writing and historical research back in high school.  I wrote a few novels during my early years that are tucked away in the attic somewhere.  While raising my two children, I started writing again.  Still, it wasn't until years later in 2019 when my husband convinced me to start publishing them.    It has been such a wonderful experience, mostly because of all the great people I've met, both authors and readers.  I do wish I had started publishing my books years ago rather than waiting. 

I was born near Lake Ontario in Upstate New York and live only a few miles away overlooking a beautiful pond in the small village of Webster.   My favorite place to write, of course, is on our back deck.   I am an avid nature lover and bird watcher, and we have quite a display and array of wildlife.  We also have a sweet little Boston Terrier, Addie.    

I have two grown children, both who live nearby.  My daughter, husband, and two adorable grandchildren live right around the corner, and I love spending loads of time with all of them.  

My husband and I love watching Buffalo Bills football, and baseball, although I am a Yankee fan, and he favors Toronto Blue Jays which causes some friction between us now and then.
